Two issues that have been brought up in the United Nations though is how countries defined ape this is true. While the United States has more occurrences of rape a year that is not what matters what matters is currently the per capita amount of rapes that occur a year since that shows which country truly has more rapes. The United States population is higher and yet both countries in the past five years have had similar rape rates with the rape rate in the uk being higher per capita. On top of that the united nations and many national organizations against rape and falsified statistics like rainn, have been upset with how places like Germany, Russia, Canada, and the United Kingdom have failed to properly record and report their statistics regarding sexual assaults mainly rape. These countries especially the United Kingdom and Russia constantly mislabel acts of rape as being violent crimes, not for what they are. That is why on sites like nation statistics and Wikipedia you will see countries like Russia and Canada and the United Kingdom so low, because in reality they don't properly report rates that local counties or governments do report. You can find truer statistics on more legitimate websites.

The uk has a pretty nasty history of trying to pretty up their realities. What I care about most and think matters most of all is rape is on the decline in the United States by a rate of 59% and increasing in the uk at a rate of 30%.

What I love most about all of this is, @chris4sylvia , is you post so much and read so little. All your posts are simply copy and pastes of either Wikipedia articles or some summary. You don't process the information people give you in the forum and you fail to process the information of the sources you use. You post paragraphs of other peoples work or research without any sort of input or work or even claims from you. I have defended and given citations and substantial evidence for all my claims currently. Until you sit down read and refute anything or better yet everything I say, I really don't see a point in reading copy and paste articles from Wikipedia that I know to be untrue. Personally I find it baffling how everyone seems to post sources and discussions and you read so little of what other people say... Your posts can be boiled down to misrepresentation and plagiarism since you fail to input anything of your own and represent it or at least some of it as your own argument. I have NEVER thought otherwise when reading through the numerous sources, my point was and still is that you made the claim regarding Britain surpassing the United States in the crime of rape using the word CURRENTLY. Which by all definitions means that any data must be from 2015, and ONLY deal with the crime of rape.

Your continous directing towards links that have nothing to do with your claim, is tiresome and ridiculous.

I have already made it known that there is a difference between what Britain calls rape, and what the United States call rape. This is why, regardless of whatever figures are quoted, there can NEVER be an accurate comparison.
